If you are located in the Chicago area, we do welcome drop-off business (but please call first).  If you are local and do consistent volume business with us, free door-to-door pickup and delivery may be possible.
 

We also do clinics at photography schools and camera shops.  We offer free cleaning at these clinics, and we can do some repairs on site on the day of the event. For those repairs for which it is necessary to bring the cameras/camcorders back to our own facilities, we offer a discount.  If our clinic host requests it, we can bring reconditioned cameras, lenses and flashes for clinic attendees to purchase.
